Order Timeline

Erin’s company handcrafts all products within 2 weeks (orders often process faster but are not guaranteed).

Made to Order vs Pre-made

While all products are handmade, some products are made-to-order. Please check the listing to determine if an item is pre-made/ready to ship or will be made post-purchase. Made-to-order items take anywhere from three days to six weeks to manufacture, depending on the item.

Handmade Disclaimer

All products are handmade and may vary slightly from the display photo.

All products come with an Erin Rose Design Product Care Kit to provide information on how to care for your items, material/ingredient information, washing/drying instructions and additional information on how to best care for your product.

Custom Orders

Erin always loves creating new products from scratch. Unfortunately at this time, the only custom pieces she offers are in the Artem Mortis Collection.

  • Please be advised that custom orders can have a lengthier processing time.
  • Please ask Erin for any clarification or details.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

Erin Rose Design ships through the following carriers:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FEDEX
  • DHS

International Shipping

Their company happily supports and loves our international customers.

They ship all International products through:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FEDEX
  • DHS

Erin Rose Design is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.

These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Shipping Cost Calculations (Domestic & International)

At Erin Rose Design, they do their best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
  • They also offer free shipping for orders over $50 NATIONALLY with the discount code NATNLSHIP/ and over $100 INTERNATIONALLY with the discount code INTNLSHIP.

Shipping Timeline

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need anywhere from three days to six weeks to be handmade. Check the product listing for additional information.

Returns

Their policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately they can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Candles
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, Erin Rose Design will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@erinrose.design.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

They only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send them an email at client_services@erinrose.design and send your item to:

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Erin Rose Design doesn’t guarantee that they will receive your returned item.
